First, you need a alchemy lab. Then you need two ingredients: Luna Moth Wings, and Charrus Eggs. Combine them at an alchemy lab and you will get an invisibility potion valued somewhere between 280 and 350 gold depending on your skill in alchemy. Doing this will increase your alchemy level; you use these to help you sneak, or you can sell them for gold. You may need to purchase the ingredients from an alchemist or court wizard.
